Executive Summary
A count of findings by priority: Critical, Major, Minor and Acceptable.
- CriticalSafety, active leakage, major essential-service failure or immediate-attention issue.
- MajorSignificant functional or installation defect that should be rectified before handover.
- MinorCosmetic or low-impact defect that should be recorded and closed.
- AcceptableChecked and satisfactory within the agreed inspection scope.
