New Home Handover Inspection
A complete room-by-room inspection of your new home before you accept possession.
Overview
Handover is the right moment to raise defects with your builder: before you accept possession, not after you have moved in.
We inspect every area of the home against our full checklist, from the entrance and main door through to the terrace, external areas and handover documents. Every observation is photographed, classified by priority and recorded in a snag register you can share with the builder.
