Service
Defect Rectification / Reinspection
Re-check snags after the builder's repairs and confirm closure.
Overview
A snag list only helps if the defects are actually fixed. Reinspection confirms what has been rectified and what remains open.
We re-check the items in your snag register, update each one's status, and record the closure status: open items remain, rectification completed, or re-inspection required.
